New York’s 18 East, renowned for creating “handmade gear for the natural world,” has officially expanded westward. The popular clothing label has opened a temporary shop in Venice, Los Angeles, bringing its signature streetwear styles to Southern California for the first time.

Named “Summer Studio,” the pop-up features an indoor-outdoor setup that reflects the brand’s nature-oriented ethos. Inside, 18 East has stocked the space with the largest assortment of its Summer 2024 collection to date, including both new and classic pieces. Beyond its own designs, 18 East’s LA outpost offers exclusive items from friends Bricks & Wood, Earth Studies, Usal Project, ALL CAPS STUDIO, Goods & Services, and S.K. Manor Hill. The shop also highlights a few collaborations, including a limited run of printed graphics on select items with ALL CAPS STUDIO and the Hybrid Mule, a casual footwear offering created with Goods & Services. The Hybrid Mule features a suede upper, lambskin leather lining, vegetable-tanned leather straps, a tumbled leather footbed, and a removable tongue.

18 East’s first Summer Studio in Venice, Los Angeles, is open now through August 6.
