Utah-based publisher, bookstore, and creative studio Actual Source has announced its second capsule collection in collaboration with FreshService. FreshService, founded by Takayuki Minami—who also helms the Japanese label Graphpaper—is celebrated for its high-quality basics and homeware. Meanwhile, Actual Source is renowned in the graphic design sphere for its work with Nike and A24, known for its distinctive visual approach.
Actual Source and FreshService Collaboration: Innovative Design in Fashion Collection
The new collection melds classic silhouettes with innovative graphic elements. Key pieces include a boxy crewneck sweatshirt featuring an illustration of a man with a monocle and top hat engrossed in a book within a library setting. Additionally, the collection offers two t-shirts that prominently display typographic designs—a bubble-style callout and a sans serif font that pays homage to Actual Source.
Functionality Meets Style: New Release from Actual Source x FreshService
Complementing the t-shirts and sweatshirts, the collection also features hats, a plush brown sherpa fleece track jacket with matching pants, and a striped shirt with red branding on the left chest. The second Actual Source x FreshService collection will be available online and at the FreshService Shibuya store from August 31.
