Bella Hadid and Adidas have established a significant partnership that highlights their combined influence on fashion and lifestyle. Beginning in 2019, Hadid, a renowned model and influencer, has collaborated with Adidas on numerous campaigns and collections, showcasing her distinctive style while promoting the brand’s products.

Recently, Adidas CEO Bjorn Gulden addressed the controversy surrounding their SL72 ad campaign featuring Hadid. During a recent earnings call, where Adidas reported a 12% revenue increase for Q2, Gulden publicly apologised for the campaign’s missteps. He stated, “We made a mistake in how elements of this campaign were assembled. When you err, you apologise and move forward—that’s exactly what we’ve done.”

Gulden further affirmed that Adidas continues its relationship with Hadid, noting, “She remains a friend of the brand, and we continue to compensate her as per her contract.” This statement came in response to earlier reports suggesting Hadid might pursue legal action against Adidas. Gulden clarified, “We have not received any notice of a lawsuit from her, so I’m unsure where that rumor originated.”

In light of the recent developments, Hadid addressed the issue via her Instagram Story, aiming to clear up any misunderstandings and express her position on the matter. Despite the controversy, the anticipated return of Hadid and Adidas promises to deliver fresh, exciting content and products that leverage their powerful synergy. This renewed collaboration is expected to bring innovative designs and campaigns, further solidifying their influential partnership in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
