Aēsop’s Debut Beijing Store: A Serene Oasis Infused with Historical Inspiration

image

Aēsop has made its grand entrance into Beijing with the opening of its latest retail haven, Aēsop WF CENTRAL House 19. Crafted by the esteemed Beijing-based architectural firm Atelier Suasua, this store pays homage to the city’s rich history, nestled in the Wangfujing shopping district.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional siheyuan courtyard architecture, the exterior of the store exudes timeless elegance. Stepping through the grand gateway, visitors are greeted by reimagined pergolas, offering a serene retreat from the bustling streets of Beijing.

Inside, the main house boasts wooden rafters and high ceilings, showcasing Aēsop’s full range of products in an inviting setting. Warm wooden tones and accents of red copper create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

But the experience doesn’t stop there. Guests are invited to embark on an olfactory journey in serene infusion chambers, where they can sample Aēsop’s fragrances in peace. Meanwhile, the west pavilion offers a private space for in-depth consultations, ensuring every visitor receives personalized attention and care.

With its blend of historical cues and modern design, Aēsop WF CENTRAL House 19 is more than just a store — it’s a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Beijing.
