AFTERHOURS: Solid Homme’s SS25 Collection is the Life of the Party

image

Solid Homme’s “AFTERHOURS” collection for Spring Summer 2025 marks a bold departure from the brand’s urban roots, embracing a new era of exploration and self-discovery. This season’s offering is a masterful blend of industrial and soft elements, juxtaposing hiking gear with crochet and sumptuous prints on terry cloth, inspired by surf culture.

While tweed and grey tones remain integral to the brand’s DNA, the collection’s relaxed silhouettes and multi-layered styling evoke a sense of excitement and anticipation, as if on the cusp of a new adventure. Trekking vests, safari hats, and nylon shorts nod to the great outdoors, while suits paired with hiking sticks and technical trek shorts with terry cloth hoodies defy convention.

The collection’s color palette, featuring organic gradients of olive, dusty purple, apple green, peach, and baby blue, adds a touch of unpredictability, as if weathered by the elements. Scuba sock boots and sun-faded hues further reinforce the brand’s utilitarian chic.

Solid Homme’s SS25 collection is a study in contrasts, merging practicality with creativity, industrial with soft, and urban with outdoor. Through this bold new direction, the brand redefines its aesthetic, inviting us to embrace the unknown and join them on their journey of discovery.
