Alessandro Pungetti’s Ten C Introduces Timeless Fashion”

Founded in 2012 by Alessandro Pungetti and Paul Harvey, Ten C has carved out a niche in premium textiles and functional menswear. Over its decade-long journey, the brand, now owned by Enzo Fusco’s FGF, has navigated various milestones, shaping its current identity. This season at Milan Fashion Week, Ten C unveiled its Spring/Summer 2025 collection with an intimate standing showcase, blending military influences with relaxed daily attire.

Originally centered around their OJJ fabric (Original Japanese Jersey), known for its durable nylon-polyester blend with a leather-like texture, Ten C debuted with seven foundational pieces. Emphasizing timeless design, Pungetti reflects on the brand’s evolution since its inception, aiming to create garments that endure beyond trends. Craftsmanship remains a cornerstone, with Ten C producing detailed menswear locally and collaborating with artisans to imbue each piece with uniqueness.

The SS25 collection, titled “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” spotlights transitional uniforms designed for outdoor durability, inspired by aviation history. Key fabrics include the signature OJJ in varied colors and textures, treated with innovative dyeing techniques for summer. Nylon-tactile, another core material, features prominently across seasons, adapting to checkered patterns in winter and lightweight jackets in summer.

Ten C continues to innovate with fabrics like nylon gabardine and resin-coated linen, employing advanced dyeing and finishing processes. The brand embraces the worn-out aesthetic, enhancing jackets with wax treatments and metallic effects for a rugged yet sophisticated look. The collection includes knee-length shorts, parachute pants, and versatile accessories like backpacks and sling bags, all in a palette of neutral tones.

Pungetti’s vision for Ten C merges technical prowess with contemporary menswear, offering garments that blend functionality with timeless appeal, rooted in Italian craftsmanship and forward-thinking design.
