Marvel Studios has just released the first official teaser for ‘Captain America: Brave New World.’ This fourth installment stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, who gets caught up in an international incident and must unravel a global conspiracy.
Harrison Ford joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as U.S. President Thaddeus Ross. In this role, he guides Wilson through the central scheme and recruits him as an official military member. Ford steps into a role originally portrayed by the late William Hurt, who appeared in MCU films from 2008’s ‘The Incredible Hulk’ to 2021’s ‘Black Widow.’
Directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, ‘Brave New World’ is set after the events of Disney+’s ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.’ Malcolm Spellman, the show’s creator, co-wrote the film’s script with Dalan Musson. The cast includes Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson.
‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is set to hit theaters on February 14, 2025.
