Balenciaga Unveils Exciting New Collaboration with Under Armour

image

Balenciaga caused quite a stir on Wednesday by posting an image of a distinctive “UA”-shaped earring on Instagram, confirming a collaboration with Under Armour set for Spring 2025. The anticipation peaked on Thursday as Balenciaga, led by Demna, unveiled its next-season collection on a drenched runway in Shanghai. The collection featured joint pieces like branded belts, performance outerwear, workout tights, and track pants, solidifying the partnership. Following the show’s conclusion, Balenciaga launched a ready-to-wear lineup with Under Armour, which is now available for purchase.

However, what you see on the runway is not what you’ll find on the website. The six-piece range online is an exclusive sneak peek of what’s to come. Today, the brands are offering a range of loungewear items, including hoodies, T-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, and more, ahead of next year’s full release.

Notable pieces in the collection include a $1,450 USD zip-up hoodie in striking red and black, adorned with a co-branded logo on the chest. There’s also a $795 USD oversized T-shirt in the same eye-catching colors. For a relaxed fit, consider the baggy grey fleece shorts priced at $1,150 USD or the $1,290 USD sweatpants, both featuring the collaboration’s unique signage. The lineup is completed with branded caps for $475 USD and socks for $150 USD.

Will this partnership be a hit? Only time will tell. You can now shop for the first installment of Balenciaga’s Under Armour collaboration on their website.
