This marks her third studio album and her biggest debut week yet, amassing a whopping 339,000 equivalent album units. This includes 191,000 album sales, 166,500 streaming equivalent album units (193.93 million on-demand streams), and 1,500 track equivalent album units.
*HIT ME HARD AND SOFT* secures Eilish her third top 10 album, following *Happier Than Ever* (2021) and *WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?* (2019). The singer and her brother/producer, FINNEAS, expressed their gratitude in a heartfelt statement: “Thank you, guys, so much for all of your support on this album. This week has been so surreal and insane, and we truly could not be more overwhelmed with joy. Love you all until we die. Thank you for everything. Forever.”
This week’s top 10 also features Taylor Swift holding the No. 1 spot for the fifth week, Morgan Wallen at No. 3, Gunna at No. 4, and Future and Metro Boomin rounding out the top 5. Wallen appears again at No. 6, followed by Noah Kahan, Zach Bryan, SZA, and Benson Boone from Nos. 7 to 10.
