Daniel Arsham Drops Final ‘Pokémon’ Release, Marking the End of an Era

The renowned artist Daniel Arsham has announced his final release in his highly sought-after Pokémon collection.

Daniel Arsham is concluding his Pokémon collaboration with the announcement of his final release, the “Crystalized Seated Pikachu Edition.” This sculpture, crafted from clay and cast in various materials, showcases Arsham’s signature erosion details, presenting the iconic Pikachu in white.

Since 2018, Arsham has transformed beloved Pokémon characters into art pieces, expanding his collection to include fan favorites like Charizard. His fictional archeology theme has reimagined Pokémon in a new artistic realm, garnering global acclaim for his contemporary approach.

The Crystalized Seated Pikachu Edition will be available online starting May 3 at 12 p.m. ET, marking the culmination of Arsham’s innovative Pokémon collaboration.
