Detailed Look at the Air Jordan 17 Low “UNC”

Air Jordan 17 Low

The Air Jordan 17 Low, which reappeared on shelves at the end of May, is now poised for a return in a coveted “UNC” colorway. This iteration pairs “University Blue” with “White,” continuing the premium experience offered by the silhouette, which includes a sleek silver briefcase.

Jordan Brand’s Annual Lineup and New Releases

Jordan Brand consistently features classic silhouettes like the Air Jordan 1, 3, and 4 in its annual lineup, but also innovates with new releases. For 2024, the Air Jordan 17 Low is a standout, with its return rumored last year and recently previewed in the “Lightning” colorway. The “UNC” edition pays homage to Michael Jordan’s alma mater, featuring a white textured leather upper complemented by “University Blue” accents at the collar, midsole, and heel. Metallic silver highlights the heel portion of the midsole and the eyelets.

Sneaker Details and Packaging

Although the featured pair is currently a sample, the final release is expected to mirror this color blocking. The $300 USD price point is justified by the inclusion of a special silver briefcase, reminiscent of the high-top version’s packaging.

Air Jordan 17 Low UNC Release Date

Jordan Brand has yet to confirm all release details, but the Air Jordan 17 Low “UNC” is anticipated to launch on August 28. Stay tuned for additional updates and official imagery as the release date approaches.
