The company returns to its roots through the evocative FW24 ad campaign that was set up against the historical backdrop of Florence. The brand, in collaboration with the world-famous photographer Juergen Teller, works through the collection for the brand within the historic cityscape with its richness. The photogenic style from Teller nicely complements Ferragamo’s sophisticated design to present contrasting luxury with Florentine authenticity.
Florence Fashion Campaign
It sports icons of the Florentine landscape, such as Palazzo Spini Feroni and the sculpture-filled Loggia dei Lanzi: high fashion merging with this city’s genuine charm. Peter Saville, in charge of Ferragamo’s logo design, models himself, thus underpinning the brand’s imaginative creative vision.
Roaring 1920s Fashion Reimagined by Maximilian Davis
Inspired by the liberated styles of the Roaring 1920s, Davis imagines this liberated style for the Fashion of today. Hems are raised, fabrics flow and tailoring is relaxed. Standout pieces include blanket capes in sleek leather separates, lacquered organdie dresses, and sculptural formalwear. Olive green, black, and Bordeaux are the dominant shades, but vivid hues in cashmere and unlined leather create contrasting pops of colour.
Ferragamo Footwear and Accessories
The footwear of the collection is dedicated to Ferragamo’s legacy, with modern re-editions of the classics such as Eva pumps, ballet flats, and square-toe loafers. Completing the collection are the leather accessories: tote bags, hug handbags, and crossbody bags, all in bright colours.
