First Look: Travis Scott’s Unreleased Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Shy Pink’ Collaboration

image

After images of the upcoming Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Velvet Brown” collaboration surfaced in June, another of the Cactus Jack rapper’s unreleased pairs has hit the internet. This time, the first look comes courtesy of Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, who recently held his annual white party in the Hamptons on July 4. In a video shared on Rubin’s Instagram story, service industry entrepreneur Ronnie Prassas was spotted wearing the highly anticipated sneakers.

Earlier speculative mock-ups of the “Shy Pink” collaboration shared by leakers in May showed a white-and-tan upper. However, the actual sneaker features white leather overlays with pink suede filling in the rest of the base. The tan shade, referred to as “Muslin” in the official style code, appears on the shoelaces, Swoosh, and midsole. This reveal adds to the growing excitement for Travis Scott’s upcoming releases.

In addition to the “Velvet Brown” and “Shy Pink” colorways, a third Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low is expected in spring 2025 in a “Dark Pony” style. While in-hand images of the “Dark Pony” pair have yet to surface, they are expected to be available soon.

The connection between Travis Scott and Michael Rubin goes beyond this latest leak. Ahead of Rubin’s white party on July 4, attendees were gifted customized pairs of all-white Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Lows. Only 350 pairs of the “White Party” style were produced, each featuring extra personalization by sneaker artist The Shoe Surgeon.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Shy Pink” is slated for release in spring 2025, available in men’s ($150), preschool ($80), and toddler ($65) sizes. The exact release date and retail pricing have not yet been confirmed by the brand. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the launch!
