Flying Lotus Unveils Haunting New Single “Garmonbozia”—His First Release Since 2022

Flying Lotus has unveiled “Garmonbozia,” his first single since 2022, as he gears up for a series of festival performances across Germany and the UK.

Renowned for his innovative soundscapes, Flying Lotus continues to push boundaries with “Garmonbozia.” The track features an ‘80s sci-fi-inspired synth that sets an eerie tone, supported by a deep bass line. The haunting lyrics—“Baby, I’ve been stuck in this room with you / Living inside of this dream of you” and “In the red room, you’ve lost your way home / In the red room, they won’t let you out now”—further intensify the track’s unsettling atmosphere.

‘Garmonbozia’ Now Streaming

Steve Ellison, the mind behind Flying Lotus, has been actively involved in composing soundtracks for film and television. His recent projects include the forthcoming horror film Ash and the Netflix anime series Yasuke. Ellison also shared with Hypebeast that his next album is “98% done.”

“Garmonbozia” is now available for streaming on all major platforms.
