Giannis-less Bucks, Kawhi-less Clippers: Still Holding Strong in the Playoffs

image

The NBA playoffs haven’t gone according to script for some teams

The Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers are facing uncertainties regarding the return of their top players, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kawhi Leonard, respectively. Despite their absence, both teams have managed to perform well in their first-round playoff series.

Antetokounmpo has been sidelined since April 9 due to a left calf strain, while Leonard has been dealing with inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee. As of now, neither team has provided clarity on when their star players will be available.

In the absence of Antetokounmpo, the Bucks managed to secure a 109-94 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Game 1, with Damian Lillard leading the charge with 35 points. However, Antetokounmpo remains doubtful for Game 2.
