This groundbreaking achievement marks her as the first Black woman to lead the country chart since 1964.

Beyoncé has made history with her latest album, “COWBOY CARTER,” as it has achieved the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums chart.

The album’s extraordinary success indicates its broad appeal, with an impressive 407,000 units sold in just its first week, making it the largest debut of 2024.

The detailed breakdown reveals “COWBOY CARTER’s” massive impact: 232,000 streaming equivalent album units, 168,000 in album sales, and 7,000 track equivalent units.

This release not only highlights Beyoncé’s biggest streaming week but also underscores the album’s cross-genre appeal. Moreover, “COWBOY CARTER” has secured Beyoncé’s place in music history, tying her with Janet Jackson for the fourth-most No. 1 albums among female artists.
