Top 100 retailer Ikea U.S. has launched a comprehensive, in-language e-commerce experience for its Spanish-speaking customers.
This new platform enables Spanish-speaking shoppers to explore home furnishings, stay updated on the latest news, discover job opportunities, and more.

In addition to the enhanced online shopping experience, Spanish-speaking customers can also receive support before, during, and after their purchase by connecting with a Spanish-speaking co-worker via the support phone line.
