JPEGMAFIA is back with a bang, following up last month’s release of “don’t rely on other men” with his second single of 2024, “SIN MIEDO.” The track opens with a sample of Mr. Mixx’s vocals from 2 Live Crew’s 1995 hit “Hoochie Mama,” setting the tone for the high-energy anthem.
“She got issues with her father / I had issues with my barber / She off all of these drugs / Coke in her butt, R.I.P Aaron Carter,” Peggy raps on the catchy refrain.
The music video for “SIN MIEDO” is just as dynamic, featuring JPEGMAFIA cruising around town in style. He’s seen hanging out of the roof of his Jeep with his crew, sporting a cowboy hat, and waving an American flag. This release comes as Peggy gears up for his extensive Lay Down My Life tour, which kicks off on August 7 in Pomona, California. The tour will feature newly announced support from Jane Remover and RXK Nephew.
