The “Shifting Sand and Snow” colorway draws inspiration from the Fisherman Pack.
Mizuno has released a new colorway for their classic Wave Rider 10, named “Shifting Sand and Snow,” as part of their Fisherman Pack. This release draws inspiration from the nets, tools, and materials used by anglers, integrating these themes into the shoe’s design.
The upper features a premium cream mesh that is highlighted with wavy iridescent accents, resembling fish scales. Additional details include orange highlights at the base and a blend of cream and salmon colors throughout the midsole, alongside distinctive branding on the tongue tab and heel.
The Wave Rider, first launched in 1998, is one of Mizuno’s flagship running shoes, known for its innovative Wave technology. Unlike traditional cushioning, the Wave technology stretches upon impact and helps propel the runner forward, offering a unique blend of cushioning and responsiveness.
The Wave Rider 10 OG in “Shifting Sand and Snow” is available for purchase at HBX, priced at £157 GBP / $198 USD.
