Back in February this year, fans were teased by the sight of the Nike KD 4 “Christmas” in the coming months. However, this winter, Nike has decided to lure consumers into festive spirits and reveal official images of this sneaker reboot in December. As an ode to its true design, the KD 4 “Christmas” sports the original “Metallic Copper” colourway around the shoes with a black Swoosh and KD branding.
Nike KD 4 Christmas: A Holiday Edition Sneaker Release
The sneaker was originally designed by Leo Chang and was first manufactured in the year 2011, when, on Christmas day, Kevin Durant wore brand new sneakers against Orlando Magic. For the upcoming release there will be a metallic bronze Hyperfuse upper a design element that adds functionality to the shoe and style. Besides this, the adaptive fit strap that came with the shoe comes with black colour detailing, offers the required stability, and ensures flexibility during practice court movements. Also, the forepart is graced by a Zoom Air unit, which facilitates lightweight cushioning and support.
Sneaker Release Date and Availability
Extra details include the branding KD with cookies as the symbol of the celebration of the Christmas tree. An additional pack of green and red laces to go along with the sneaker will make it even more seasonal.
The Nike KD 4 “Christmas” sneaker is yet to be released and is confirmed to be released in December 2024 on Nike SNKRS and other chosen stores with its regular price set at $ 130 USD. Watch for this one; although it is still expected to be a while into the future, more information will likely follow as the release gets closer.
