Our Legacy has just unveiled its fourth volume of crochet bags for Spring 2024, featuring 28 meticulously handcrafted pieces by Sarah Murkes. Each unique bag is made from leftover fabrics from the current collection, all artfully distressed into “fabric-strips.” This collection includes vibrant hues like washed grey Torino stripe and pink cast chain twill, showcasing a commitment to sustainability by reducing waste and ensuring every bag has its own distinctive color, size, and appearance that evolves over time with its wearer.
The collection emphasizes the intricate craftsmanship involved in creating these bags, from the initial fabric strip cutting to the final assembly. This launch also features five exclusive bags made specifically for Dover Street Market Ginza, each boasting a unique color, hue, and size for added exclusivity.
