Remi Wolf is back and ready to share her sophomore album, ‘Big Ideas,’ with the world. As she navigates her twenties, Wolf channels her experiences and emotions into this dynamic “coming-of-age” LP.
“Big Ideas, in essence, is my mid-20s coming-of-age album. It documents all my wild nights, situationships, jet-lagged high highs, low lows, and evolving thoughts on my identity and purpose in this world. ALL THE BIG IDEAS!!” Wolf explained. “Also, it sounds sick af and was very fun to make. Please enjoy my children.”
Leading up to the album’s release, Wolf teased fans with a series of singles showcasing her sonic versatility. She kicked off with “Cinderella” in March, followed by the “Toro” / “Alone in Miami” two-pack in spring, and the recent release of “Soup.” Regarding “Soup,” Wolf shared, “’Soup’ explores my relationship to commitment and follow through. If you ever really wanted to be there for someone fully but ended up getting drunk on a rooftop instead, this song is for you.”
