Summer of Art: Yayoi Kusama Brings Her Iconic Style to the UK

This summer, London will be transformed into a vibrant canvas as renowned Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama brings her iconic style to the city. A new solo exhibition at Victoria Miro on September 25 will feature an Infinity Room, a series of new paintings entitled Every Day I Pray For Love, and an exploration of line, color, and form.

But the excitement begins even earlier, as Kusama’s first UK public installation, Infinite Accumulation, debuts at Liverpool Street Station on July 9. This polka-dot masterpiece will interact with the station’s architecture, encouraging viewers to engage with their surroundings in a new way.

Additionally, a massive Pumpkin sculpture will be unveiled in the gardens of Serpentine Galleries, further solidifying Kusama’s presence in the city.
