Tim Cook Rocks Exclusive Nike Air Max ’86 in Apple Livestream

image

As Tim Cook unveiled the latest innovations coming to the iPad lineup, the Apple CEO subtly showcased a pair of custom-made sneakers.

Continuing Apple’s tradition of collaborations, Cook sported Nike Air Max 1 ’86s designed to commemorate the new Apple Pencil Pro, a tool tailored for work and design on the iPad.

The sneakers boasted an off-white mesh body and sole, with distinctive soft “wave” detailing on the mudguard and toe, complemented by a rainbow-speckled pattern. Decorative stitching surrounding the Swoosh and heel mirrored the design of the Apple Pencil Pro, resembling sketch lines.

The Swoosh and the handwritten phrase “Made on iPad” adorned the tongue of the ’86s, adding a personalized touch.

Crafted exclusively for Cook, these sneakers won’t be available for public purchase. For more insights into Apple’s latest announcements, catch up on everything unveiled during its May 7 livestream.
