Urgent Alert Forces Lana Del Rey Fans to Evacuate Fenway Park Concert

Lana Del Rey fans faced a major disappointment when severe weather forced an evacuation during her first-ever stadium concert at Boston’s Fenway Park. Thunderstorms and heavy rain caused significant delays, pushing the concert start time from the scheduled 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

As the weather worsened, fans were instructed to leave the field and open-air seating areas, seeking shelter inside the stadium concourse. An announcement displayed on screens read, “Due to pending weather conditions, there will be a delay in tonight’s performance. All fans must leave the field seating and open-air seating sections and seek shelter inside the stadium concourse immediately. Please take time to assemble all members of your party and calmly proceed inside the stadium concourse.”

After the evacuation, Fenway Park officials initially issued a no entry warning but later allowed fans back inside. Meanwhile, Lana Del Rey took to Instagram, asking her followers if they preferred a shortened show that night or a rescheduled full performance on Saturday.

Sharing a photo of pink flowers, she wrote: “Do you want a one-hour show tonight if it’s possible and the lightning stops? As opposed to a two-hour show on Saturday. Hi guys, so I’m down here at the bottom of Fenway. I have everyone here, they just cleared the stage. Every time the lightning strikes we have to wait 20 minutes and it just keeps striking.”

She continued, “We were hoping to fill the room back up by 10 o’clock and at least do an hour-long show. That’s what we’re hoping for bare minimum. Worst case scenario, we reschedule for Saturday. I don’t know, I’m crossing my fingers and I’m down here with all the girls just hoping.”

Fortunately, once conditions improved, Lana managed to perform 15 songs, much to the delight of her fans. She also surprised the audience by bringing special guests like Quavo, Stephen Sanchez, and Mason Ramsey to join her on stage, making the night unforgettable despite the earlier disruptions.
