German artist Vivian Greven presents her first solo exhibition, entitled “When the Sun Hits the Moon,” at Perrotin New York.

German artist Vivian Greven debuts her first solo exhibition, “When the Sun Hits the Moon,” at Perrotin New York, showcasing until May 23. Greven presents a new series of large-scale oil and acrylic paintings, characterized by her signature style.

In these works, Greco-Roman statues are transformed into celestial, almost digital-like forms using ethereal color gradients, transcending the traditional impression of classical sculptures.

The artworks evoke a sense of yearning and intimacy, exploring the relationship between human bodies and minds. Visit Perrotin’s New York branch to experience Greven’s captivating exhibition firsthand.
