Footpatrol and New Balance have unveiled their latest collaboration, showcasing the 1906R model inspired by X-ray imagery.

The design features a striking teal blue mesh base with a TPU heel counter. Metallic and white accents adorn the upper, complemented by clear tech-runner overlays. The shoe also includes a black tongue, sock liner, and laces, with a pop of red at the ABZORB cushioning for a touch of contrast. The standout feature is the insole, displaying X-ray images of the foot to highlight the theme.
Additional design elements include black N Lock lacing on the lateral side, white N Lock lacing on the medial side, and Y2K-inspired aged outsoles accented by teal “Nergy” branding.
The Footpatrol x New Balance 1906R will be available exclusively through Footpatrol, both online and in stores, starting May 31. Pricing details are yet to be announced.
