Kendrick Lamar’s highly anticipated “Ken & Friends – The Pop Out” concert exceeded expectations, bringing together an unprecedented 25 artists on stage at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles. The one-night-only event was a testament to the city’s rich musical heritage, featuring a diverse lineup of LA-based talent, including Tyler, the Creator, YG, Roddy Ricch, and Dr. Dre.

The evening was filled with memorable performances, including Lamar’s own revisitation of classics like “DNA” and “King Kunta.” DJ Mustard paid tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle with a moment of silence, while Lamar reunited with his Black Hippy members, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, and ScHoolboy Q, for energetic renditions of their collaborative hits.

The encore saw Lamar perform “Not Like Us” five times in a row, emphasizing his dedication to preserving the West Coast’s legacy. “We put this together with peace…I promise this won’t be the last of us,” he declared, uniting all 25 guest artists on stage for a powerful finale.

This unforgettable concert solidified Kendrick Lamar’s position as a champion of LA’s musical heritage and a master of bringing people together through the power of music.
