RUF, the distinguished German automaker known for its high-performance vehicles rooted in Porsche platforms, has unveiled its latest creation at Monterey Car Week—the 2025 RUF Rodeo. This off-road sports car seamlessly blends luxury, performance, and rugged durability, drawing inspiration from the legendary Porsche 911 while capturing the adventurous essence of the American West.
At the core of the RUF Rodeo is a turbocharged 3.6L flat-six engine, producing an impressive 610 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. This power is delivered through a six-speed manual transmission paired with an adjustable all-wheel-drive system featuring limited-slip differentials, ensuring the Rodeo handles any terrain with precision and control.
The Rodeo’s construction centers around a carbon fiber monocoque chassis with an Integrated Roll Cage (IRC) for enhanced safety and rigidity. Its sophisticated suspension system, which includes double-wishbone pushrod dampers and active electronic controls, is perfectly complemented by custom Goodyear all-terrain tires, providing the vehicle with a remarkable 9.6 inches of ground clearance.
A Blend of Luxury and Performance
To match its robust performance, RUF has outfitted the Rodeo with a cutting-edge carbon-ceramic braking system and a Bi-LED lighting system, ensuring top-tier performance and visibility in any environment. Inside, the Rodeo offers a luxurious interior inspired by the American West, featuring rich brown leather and vibrant fabric stitching that echo the aesthetic of the Ralph Lauren RRL Ranch.
While the Rodeo is equipped with modern conveniences such as power windows, locks, and air conditioning, it deliberately omits an infotainment system, encouraging drivers to fully engage with the driving experience. Pricing and availability details remain under wraps, but further information is expected soon from RUF.
